How do I place an online order?

When you see an item you like, click on "+ to cart" and continue shopping until you're ready to make your purchase. Then, click on   "(add_icon)"   to confirm your items. After you've made any changes and updated your order, click "Checkout" to finish.

Can I place an order offline?

If you are not comfortable sending confidential information over the Internet, please use one of the following ways to place an order:

Or you can alternatively print a blank Order Form and complete it using information from the website. Please keep in mind that faxing or mailing your order to us may result in a slight delay in shipping your order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Items are charged to you when your order is processed.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be assessed only on items shipped to New Jersey.

How will I know my order was accepted?

You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail.

Methods of payment

 We accept:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, American Express and Paypal.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most items ship within 1-to-2 business days (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

Shipping times are as follows:

FedEx Ground 5-10 business days.
FedEx 2nd day air*    Within 3 business days (additional charge applies).
FedEx Standard Overnight*    1 business day (additional charge applies).

*For 2-day air and standard overnight, orders must be placed by 10 am Eastern Time.

USPS (For PO Boxes and Military Bases) shipping time is based on location and weight of the package.


How can I track my order?

To track your order, click on the “tracking link” which can be found on the order confirmation that was emailed to you at the time you placed your order or by logging into your account

What is Case•it’s return policy?

We proudly stand behind the quality products that we manufacture and sell. If you are unhappy with any item you receive, for any reason, we will take back that item and refund you the original purchase price (minus shipping), no questions asked. Simply return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund to your original method of payment.

If you are returning a purchase, please fill out and enclose the Merchandise Return Form.

If you are returning a gift, you may exchange the item for another product or we can issue you a credit towards a future purchase from our website.

Please note - we can only process returns for items purchased from Case•

We suggest you send all returns by UPS, FedEx or other shippers who can track your package. If you use regular mail we advise you to insure the shipment.

How long does it take to exchange a product?

We will process your return promptly upon receipt warehouse; however, refunds will generally appear on your next credit card statement. Exchanges will take approximately 10 business days from the time we receive the item our warehouse.  Case•it’s return

Is my purchase warrantied?

Our warranty extends beyond our usual 30-day return policy as all our products carry a 6-month limited warranty on materials and manufacturing defects from the documented date of your purchase. This warranty becomes null and void for any problem caused by abuse, neglect, heat, humidity, maintenance or modification of the product. 

  If the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will gladly exchange the item at no cost to you.   To make the return easier for you, we will issue a FedEx prepaid “Call Tag” to you to cover the cost of your return shipping. Please e-mail us by clicking on contact us to inform us of your situation so that we may issue the “Call Tag.”

Please note, proof of purchase is required.
