Case•it knows that our customers depend on our binders every day, throughout the year. As such, our warranty extends beyond our usual 30-day return policy; all our products are guaranteed to last through the school year or for 10 months, whichever comes first.
If any of Case•it products should malfunction or break at no fault of the handler, we will replace that item.
Note: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, neglect, heat, humidity, maintenance, or modification of the product. If it is determined that the problem is a result of any of the above, the warranty will become null and void.
If the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will exchange the item at no cost to you.
Note: The original purchase receipt is required for all warrantied items.
