Warranty Information

Case•it Guarantee:

Case•it feels so strongly about its products that we proudly stand behind the quality of everything we manufacture and sell.

If you're unhappy with any of our products, for any reason, Case•it will take back that item and refund you the original purchase price (minus shipping), no questions asked. Simply return the item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund to your original method of payment.

Extended Warranty:

Case•it knows that our customers depend on our binders every day, throughout the year. As such, our warranty extends beyond our usual 30-day return policy; all our products are guaranteed to last through the school year.

If any of Case•it products should malfunction or break at no fault of the handler, we will replace that item. Please see our chart on "Taking Care of Your Case•it Binder" for advice on proper maintenance and care of your Case•it product.

Note: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by abuse, neglect, heat, humidity, maintenance or modification of the product. If it is determined that the problem is a result of any of the above, the warranty will become null and void.

Return Policy:

If you are returning a purchase from Caseit.com, please print out the Merchandise Return Form.

NOTE: We can only process returns for items purchased from Case•it.com. Original purchase receipt required.

Case•it suggests you send all returns by UPS, FedEx or other shippers who can track your package. If you use regular mail, we advise you to insure the shipment.

Customers requesting a replacement for a warranty approved damaged Case•it product must do the following:

1. Fill out the Merchandise Return Form and send it to Case•it
2. Include your full name and shipping address
3. Include pictures of the damaged product in question
4. Include receipts from the original purchase of that damaged product
5. Send the warranty approved damaged product in the mail to Case•it

Case•it Custom Binders:

All customer-created and branded binders (developed as part of our Create it and Brand-a-Binder programs) are covered by the same Guarantee and Warranty as all Case•it binders. They are also subject to the same rules. Please keep in mind that due to the challenges of constructing a custom binder, replacement orders of a custom binder can take 6-8 weeks to fulfill.

Therefore we offer you the following options:

1. Case•it will remake your custom binder and get it to you as quickly as possible.
2. Case•it will send you a replacement binder, of equal or lessor value, in the color of your choice.
